System update V22.04 - Resources moved

Hi All,

Another system update is coming, and we wanted to give you a heads-up about all the new features and bug fixes. We have updated some features and repaired some of the bugs that came to our attention. Read more about the improvements and fixes.

System improvements

• Swedish language
  • The Swedish language is now added to the system, expanding the list of available languages for the ProAgenda system.
• Resource moved to their own setting page
  • Resources are now moved to their own setting page. This will allow resources to be added to more than one academy agenda. Making the resource feature even more flexible.
• Base Excel report
  • There is now a base Excel report for appointments. This makes the reporting of data more flexible. The package pro-rate is an example.
• The appointment description is shown in the booking summary
  • In the appointment booking, the client will now see the appointment type description. Giving the pro and academy more options to provide information to the clients about the appointment types.
    
    

Bug fixes

• General | Fixed issue where a resource could not be booked outside of the professionals
• General | Improved the loading time performance with the Google/ Outlook sync
• General | Fixed issue with British time zone during daylight savings with Google and Outlook sync.
• General | When a resource has no availability set, the number showing is now correct
• Academy | Academy sold packages page now has a search function
