In this article, we will show you how our appointment check-in function works and how you can use it to track attendance within your business or academy
For each appointment, there is now an option to mark the client or appointment as "checked in." Simply open an existing appointment, check the "Check-In" box, and click save. You can now see a green checkmark icon in the appointment, allowing you a quick overview of attendance in your schedule. The checked-in status will also be shown in the agenda export and different academy exports for reference.
If you do not want to track attendance but only want to track no-shows, you can simply use the check-in function as a no-show function. Each checked-in appointment will then represent a no-show for you.
