Yes! You can choose to do monthly or yearly payments.

Are there any extra or hidden costs?

ProAgenda.com does not have any extra or hidden costs. What you see is what you get. Unlimited appointments and data for one price. Additional products like branded packages or multipro have their own costs.

Can my clients pay online?

Yes!, We are using a link with a world wide payment company names Stripe. For more info you can check online payments under your settings or contact us.

On which devices does the ProAgenda.com system run?

Our system is completely web based and will run on any device, platform or browser that has access to internet. Our ProAgenda.com app is currently only available on the iPad and iPhone.

Does ProAgenda.com use apps?

Yes! As a professional you have free access to our amazing iPad and iPhone application. Your clients have access to an iPhone and Android application to book appointment and access their coaching.

What does ProAgenda.com offer?

ProAgenda.com offers the most complete online agenda system available. Next to a complete booking system, ProAgenda.com allows you to coach and keep track of your clients as never before. Send your clients personal messages, Track their progress, and send them coaching, using a video, image, word or PDF file. All this is possible in just one single system!

What are the costs?

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course! We don’t like to see you leave but you can cancel your subscription with one single click on a button.

What if I work/teach at multiple location/venues?

No problem! Our system offers full support on multiple locations. They are easy to add in your personal agenda settings.

Does ProAgenda.com support group appointments?

Yes! Our system offer multiple group systems. You can create client groups and book them in your agenda with just a few clicks. You can create open group appointments available to all your clients or group appointments available for specific clients which you set. For more info go to the how to section.

Can I “brand” ProAgenda.com product(s) using my own name and colors?

Yes! We understand how important your brand name is these days.

What if my organization wants to use multiple agenda’s?

No problem! Each professional can signup for their own agenda. To link the agenda’s together in a single organization we advise to take a look at our Multipro and Branded Package products. For more info on the possibilities you can always contact us.

Do my clients receive confirmation of their bookings?

Yes! All your clients receive confirmation of the booked appointments. They also receive mails on cancellation and as a reminder of their upcoming appointments. This will reduce now shows in a big way.

Does ProAgenda.com offer support on their product(s)?

Yes! We always offer the best support we can. If there are any questions about the use of our products we are ready to answer them through phone, skype or email. We always try to respond within 24 hours or faster when possible or needed.

Yes! We are always working on improving and upgrading our products. Any feedback or suggestions our clients offer will be taken into consideration for our future updates. This way you are always guaranteed to have the best product out there.

Can I get an (online) demo or presentation?

We are happy to give you a presentation on location. When a presentation on location is not possible, we can always do this over the phone or through Skype. We are more than willing to show you how our product can assist and improve your day to day business.

How long is the free trial period and what can I do with it?

Our free trial period ends after one full standard month. During your free trial you have complete access to all the features of our system. More info

Does ProAgenda.com support appointment packages/subscriptions?

Yes! We are very proud of our packages and subscription system. The possibilities are endless from regular time for time packages to unlimited subscription packages. It’s all possible.

How can my clients book appointments?

When you have an account with us you also have your very own unique client agenda link. This link will open your agenda with the availability you have set for your clients. This link can be used in any website or even in the signature of all your emails. This way your clients are always able to see your availability and book an appointment right away.

Do I need to install software on my computer or laptop?

With ProAgenda.com you don’t have to install a single thing. All our products are web based and in the cloud. This means you and your clients can access your agenda 24/7. No more missed bookings!

Is my and my clients data/privacy safe?

All your and your clients data is placed on our secure servers and will not be sold to third parties.

Can I use the system when I don’t have internet or WIFI?

Yes! When using our free iPad application you can use a lot of features without an internet connection. This is one of the great benefits of our product.

How do I get my current client database in the ProAgenda.com system?

When starting with a new system we understand that you like to have your existing client database in that system. We offer support on client migration. Just contact us and we’ll give you an excel format to import all your clients at once. All your clients will receive a personal welcome message with username and password. This welcome message can be changed to your personal welcome message.

Can I give my front office/reception access to my/our agenda’s?

Yes! For this we use our multipro booking system. This system allows an organization to give a front office access and to book appointments with all the professionals in the organization. It will also allow the front office or reception to access clients account for client support. More info on multipro.

Can I send a newsletter to all my clients?

Yes! ProAgenda.com offers a full messaging system allowing you to send your client or client groups personal messgaes or send a broadcast message to all your clients. With this message you can attach an image or file as extra information.

Can I export my agenda to Excel?

Yes! You can export your agenda to excel in just a few clicks. Just set the start and end date and the system will create an excel form with all the info you need.

Can I export my agenda to Google or Apple calendar?

Not yet. We advise our clients tu use our online agenda as their leading aggenda. However we do understand that some of you wish to keep using a regular agenda. We will be looking at the possibilities to create an export near the end of 2016.

Is there a limit on numbers of booked appointments/clients/data?

No! There are no limitations of any sort! Our price is all inclusive so you don’t have to hold back in booking. You can create as many appointments as you would like and send your clients unlimited video coaching.

Is my data being backed up?

Yes! All your data is being backed up multiple times a day.

What kind of data/coaching can I send my clients?

We support a lot of data formats that can be send to your clients:

  • Video (like .wmv .mp4 .mov etc)
  • Image (like jpeg, png etc.)
  • Documents (.doc)
  • PDF files

All these type of files can be send to your clients account.

Can I use my current analysis software/system?

Sure! We offer a complete analysis system in our iPad app but if you want to use any other program or ball tracking system than thats no problem. All sort of items can be uploaded through the system and send into your clients account. From V1 analysis to trackman reports.

Tutorial

How do I setup my account for online payments

To setup your account to receive online payments please take the following steps or watch the video:

Before watching the video, please create your personal account via https://www.stripe.com

1 Create an account via https://www.stripe.com

2 Activate the account via the button “Activate your account” (Under Home in the top left of the menu)

3 Open your ProAgenda.com account in a new screen. Click on Settings and go to “Online Payments”. You’l notice we need a Secret and a publishable key from your Stripe account

4 Go back to your Stripe account and switch from test to Live data using the view test data switch (Bottom left of the menu) The test data should be switched off and there should no longer be an orange box saying: TEST DATA

5 Open the API tab in the Stripe menu. Here you can find your Publishable and Secret keys

6 Copy the Publishable key and switch back to your ProAgenda.com account. Paste the key in the Publishable Key box

7 Go back to your Stripe account and click on “Reveal live key secret”. Copy the key that shows and paste it in your ProAgenda.com account under Secret Key
Make sure to paste the key in the corresponding box!

8 Now that both keys are entered in your ProAgenda.com account you can click the SAVE button. You can now see that your account has created a so called Endpoint URL. Click the Copy button behind the URL.

9 Go back to your Stripe account and switch from API to webhooks (menu at the top) and click “Add Endpoint” (Top right)

10 Paste the endpoint URL in the box: URL to be called and change the box after Events to be send to: Live Events. Click Add Endpoint

If you switch back to your ProAgenda.com account you can see the status of your online payments is still saying: processing. This can take 10 – 15 minutes to change into Ready. Once the status is Ready you have succesfully setup your account for online payments and your clients can pay you online.
